1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items without original packaging.
- Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable), once opened.
3. Return Process

- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to our return address (provided by our team).
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account after verification.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will happily provide a free replacement or issue a refund.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
- In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.
